Refund & Returns Policy 

Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept any returns once opened or used, in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photographic evidence.

If your claim is approved, you will be required to return the item to us.

  • Returns must be sent via Royal Mail Tracked

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition

  • We recommend retaining proof of postage, as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit

Once the return has been received and inspected, we will issue a refund for the cost of the sample only.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Return Postage

Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is proven to be faulty or incorrect. We do not refund return shipping fees.

Lost or Missing Orders

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us so we can investigate with Royal Mail. Refunds or replacements will be issued where appropriate once an investigation is complete.

Allergies & Personal Preference

Refunds or exchanges are not offered for:

  • Allergic reactions or skin sensitivity

  • Personal preference or dissatisfaction with a fragrance

Please review fragrance notes and ingredients carefully before purchasing.

Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled once dispatched. If you wish to cancel an order before dispatch, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to assist.

Sale Items

All sale or discounted items are final sale and non-refundable unless faulty.
